Ludvikatandläkarna, part of Swedish Dental and Dentalum, is now looking for an experienced dental nurse who wants to take the next step in their career as a team leader.

With us, you will not only be a support to the clinic manager – you will become a key person in the clinic's continued development.

A role where you make a real difference

As a team leader, you combine the best of two worlds.

You continue to work closely with patients as a dental nurse while taking on greater responsibility for structure, planning, and development. You become a natural support for both colleagues and the clinic manager, with the opportunity to influence how we work – every day.

In this role, you will:

• Support the clinic manager with personnel-related issues and daily operations. • Plan, structure, and contribute to the smooth running of the clinic. • Be responsible for patient safety reports and deviation management. • Handle referrals and referral responses. • Be a reliable contact for colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. • Participate in developing routines, working methods, and the clinic's continued journey.

We believe you…

• Are a qualified dental nurse. • Have experience in administration, coordination, or team leadership. • Are someone others turn to when they need support. • Thrive with responsibility and enjoy creating structure. • Have good computer skills and work comfortably with medical record systems. • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
